Fotoku collects Personal Data that User has disclosed upon registration or using the Services (either from Facebook Authentication or Twitter OAuth), including but not limited to e-mail, registration and last login date, user name and last name, birth date, gender, and country. Any Personal Data collected is generally meant to enable User to use Services and/or customize User’s experiences on Fotoku.
TRAFFIC DATA COLLECTED
Fotoku may track and collect the following categories of information when User visits Fotoku: (1) IP Addresses; (2) domain servers; (3) types of devices accessing the Site; (4) types of web browsers used to access the Site; (5) referring source which may have sent you to the Site; and (6) other information associated with the interaction of your browser and Fotoku (collectively “Traffic Data”).
Fotoku use Google Analytics to monitor and analyze Traffic Data and keep track to User behavior. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of Fotoku, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google Services. Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
Fotoku collects User’s activity data and use JET8 to utilize the User’s activity data in order to calculate the interactions between Users in the Services (“Engagement“) of the User and reward the User for such Engagement.
Fotoku may collect, use, and share User’ location Data in order to provide location-based services. Most browsers and devices provide tools to opt out from this feature by default. If explicit authorization has been provided, the User’s location data may be tracked by this Application.
Fotoku may store small data (“Cookies”) in User’ devices, which will enable Fotoku to obtain information about User’ activities and preferences while browsing Fotoku. Cookies do not allow Fotoku to gain access to other information in User’ devices. User may delete or block Cookies from their browser, but it may prevent the browser from using some parts of Services of Fotoku.
Fotoku does not store cookies in the Application.
Fotoku will put the best effort to keep User’ data secured but Fotoku can not guarantee there will be no unintended disclosure in the future. If Fotoku know that the User’ data has been disclosed in an inappropriate manner, Fotoku will let User know right away and take action.
Any information disclosed by User that is intentionally opened to public are easily seen by public so Fotoku will not be responsible for it. User should think carefully before disclosing their information or Personal Data to public.
Fotoku will keep User’s data private unless the disclosure of User’s data is necessary to : fulfil the legal process and support the purpose of Fotoku.
